Travis Rosenthal,
Owner

After graduating Cornell University's Hotel School in 1997, Travis made his way to the West coast to work in the kitchen of Il Fornaio Restaurant in Pasadena.

As a restaurant manager, Travis relocated to Seattle to help open Il Fornaio in Pacific Place and was later recruited to take over as General Manager for Piatti Restaurant in the University Village.

After six years at the helm of Piatti, the opportunity to purchase Tango Restaurant presented itself in 2006. After a family meeting with his wife, Carrie, and year old son, Kyan, a decision was made to mortgage the house to purchase Tango. The Rosenthal family has been enjoying life as restaurant owners ever since!
